2010 EXAM
Ahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe that I'm invited to attend this event on facebook!
UOL-EMFSS EXAMINATIONS 2010 ADVANCE TIMETABLE
Do I have a choice to not attend it? Lol! My papers are quite evenly spaced out and mostly afternoon papers. Good good! Haha!
5 May Wed 279 0059 Financial Management 2.30 – 5.30pm 6 May Thu 279 0021 Principles of Sociology 2.30 – 5.30pm 20 May Thu 279 0028 Managerial Economics 10am– 1pm 25 May Tue 279 0091 Financial Reporting 2.30 – 5.45pm
Next year's FR paper and Management Accounting paper falls on the same day. Two of my friends are affected by this and it's 6 hours of paper for them on that day! Very xiong! James was saying, who knows in 2011 they will put FR, MA and AUDIT together in one day. Wa, that one ah, I really don't know what to say. On a brighter side, the exam pain will end in one day.
Gtg do housework now, if not can't go for night activities tonight... hehe...
@ 1:06 AM
BBQ @ SKA
I had FR make-up lesson ytd from 7pm to 10pm. James gave those who handed in their tutorials a present! Its actually a set of Focused Notes on IAS 36 =) It's going to be really useful for my FR revision, appreciated that! Was paying attention until I received an sms from my karate friend asking me to go down to dojo to have bbq food with them. Haha! Went down with my mum to eat. They are funny people lor! Always so humourous one. They can just throw a eating session there for no particular reason. Sensei Simon told me that I've grown taller since I first joined Karate. I looked at him with the 'you-must-be-kidding-me' face. How can I still grow taller? I thought I've stopped growing in height already. But they said it was obvious when they looked at the length of my uniform. So they win la. Glad that mum enjoyed herself there chatting with my karate-ka. Played dai-dee with them before going home. I enjoyed the company very much! =D

I was really busy with school, trips and my bday plans recently. Very busy and very tired.
Shall start from last wednesday. Brought my cat to some ulu pet clinic at ayer raja road to get him vaccinated. There were these 2 huge dogs there at one corner when we entered the clinic and this particular one kept on barking at the cage I'm holding on to. Then it's owner tried hard to calm his dog down by telling it that my cat is it's friend, which I don't think it helped much cos the dog was damn noisy. My cat was curious though. We let her out and she started jumping off from the bench when the dogs went in for their injections. Went to meet Mel after sending my cat home. Found the book I wanted at Kino instead of Harris when I was told that I could get it at Harris cos the one at 313 doesn't carry it. Went to meet the rest of my gang at bugis for dinner and also to discuss about my bday plans. It was really very sweet of them to ask me out to plan for my 'big day'! haha =) Thanks e4 people! Of course there are others whom I had asked for help, thanks again! You guys know who you are!
I received a call from my 'nephew' and I thought who the hell was that. Then during my dinner, my 'sister and brother' came to said 'hi' to me. Well, very nice of you guys la, but next time don't call me 'da yi' ok? I not so old. And tsk tsk tsk, incest? Don't tell people I know you guys ah. Haha! Just kidding. I'm glad we all had fun when you guys came to ben10 and chatted with me =D
Was rushing out my FM tutorial on Thursday morning but only manage to complete one full question. So, I was lost in wonderland during the rest of the lecture. Went for training and I was so tired after everything, so I didn't stay for post training activities.
Friday morning was a rush for me as I got buy snacks, change currency and visit my grandma before I go home and get my luggage to the meeting place at 12.30 sharp and leave for Malacca, all within one hour after I ended my tuition. But I did it =D Was quite happy with myself that afternoon, haha! Took the coach to Malacca and reached there at about 5.30pm and got ready for the welcoming dinner at this primary school hall. The food was not really fantastic though. After that we went for this Malacca river cruise, when I don't even cruise down the Singapore river. The night view and the breeze was awesome! While I was walking back to my coach after that, I saw my damai senior and went to said 'hi' to him. Both of us were shocked to see each other there (when Singapore is already so small and we that we don't even meet on the streets here). This only shows that the world is small also. Haha!
Went back to the hotel to prepare for the opening ceremony and competition on Saturday. Did some exercises with 600 other people in the hall followed by the competitions. We were allocated to use the canteen and you know what? Their canteen is open air one and there's this strong wind blowing all the while throughout the competition. My paper was torn even before I started writing on it. Wth! My teacher was complaining like nobody's business that the organizing committee was so unthoughtful. But everyone was faced with the same condition la, so we couldn't really complain much about it. The judging was done 'internally'. Went to shop before the Hawaii night dinner in the evening. Bought a few tops that I really liked and I lost my roommate at the shopping mall when we were about to go back to the hotel to prepare for dinner. And we didn't have our phones with us at that time, so I was like a headless fly walking around the whole shopping mall looking for her. Luckily she went back to the place were we last saw each other to wait for me and luckily I went back to the place to see if she was there by any chance. Took a shortcut back to the hotel by running across the highway (there were other people doing that also). Its not too scary when you do such things in a big group! Haha! We were forced to go and play games with the people there and the game was really lame. Stepping each others balloon and see who's the last one standing. My roommate sprained her leg within a minute after the game commenced. Bloody hell, when she felt to the ground, others were still stepping on her la! They think what? Stampede ah? In the end we went out of the ring and her leg was swollen like some 'bah zhang'. Went with another girl to the pasam malam instead. =(
Sunday was a tour around the city and I was more of R&R for our group. We wanted to eat the chicken rice balls but the uncle told me they were closing, at 2pm. Ken said I was so 'suay'. Thanks ah. Had chendol in some air-conditioned shop instead and I went to shop again. Haha. The dinner at night was formal. Their performance was a bit too long already. They did magic show for 1 hour plus while most of us were already dozing off. Damn boring. It would be good if they had shortened it.
Came back on Monday morning and reached Singapore at around 2 plus. The coach dropped me off at bukit timah and I went straight to school to catch a lesson. Surprisingly I was able to concentrate, its sociology ok? no joke.
Tuesday was a full day lesson and my day ended with training.
Resourced for bizworld yesterday and saw G, P, K and my two other traffic lights as well as kelly =D The new sign board was pretty! Haha. Had a meeting after that with the STAC people until 4.30pm and I totally had no mood to eat dinner after that. I was hungry till I'm not hungry already, I sounds confusing, I know. Went to collect my Titus at Suntec and headed to pasir ris to meet Tiff and Wynne to go check out my chalet. It was really huge la! I bet my family will enjoy our stay there next month =D Checked out other facilities too and I was quite satisfied with the venue =D Chatted with them for half an hour before boarding the shuttle back to interchange. Had dinner at Manhattan fish market and the platter was really delicious. But we couldn't finish it. Went to buy X'mas potluck ingredients before heading home. The catch of the day was that I saw the watch that I wanted for my bday=D I'm happy with myself for today, again! Haha, cos I did what I planned to do=D
Sent P, Kelly and K off this morning at the airport. The breakfast was great! Thanks er jie for the treat! =)

I'm listening to 新鸳鸯蝴蝶梦 now. This song is from my mum's era! Haha! You guys must be wondering why I'm listening to such an old song now. Cos... I think its nice=D I was at my calligraphy appreciation dinner just now and as I was about to leave, they starting singing this song... didn't stayed till the end of it. Reach home and search on youtube for it instead. Haha!
I went for the H1N1 jab this morning with my sis as we will be going overseas soon. There is still some numbness on my left arm now. Couldn't really stretch it during training just now. Spoke to my friends there about it and one of them said his son was sick for 4 days after taking the injection, whao. Went to midlink after the lunch at Suntec and stayed for a while before leaving the place. I came to realise that we often take people's kindness for granted cos we aren't aware of our own actions. Tsk. I shall not emo here. Unhealthy.
Why is 11 of Nov so 'HOT'? So many events happening on this single day but I can only choose one cos I can't split myself into 3 identical Joanne(s). Haiz.
I want to go for APEC appreciation dinner!!! PM Lee as GOH! I want to see my friends! This dinner is suppose to mark a full stop to my APEC journey and not being able to be there physically with the friends I made during my duties is so disappointing. But we can always meet outside though.
I want to go for closing at Kota Tinggi!!! I want to take a look at the waterfall resort as described by Xinying and Peter! How good will it be if all three of us are having school break now cos what Xinying said will definitely come true. Tsk!!!!!
I settled down with the competition in Malacca in the end. 4days and 3nights. 2 nights of formal dinner and a day of competition. Teacher kept on telling me to pack my bag before Friday so that I will not forget anything. He had been telling me that since Wednesday and just now he rambled on it again. I think he's going to do that again tmr when I go for class.
For those who knew what happened to me last week: Now, every time I leave my house and my dad happens to be in the living room, he would say: "Don't anyhow go and open people's car door hor!"
Haha. That's all for now. I can't wait for the trip this coming Friday!!!! & I'm missing my cat!!!!

wallet lost and found!
Woke up at 11am when I was supposed to go for calligraphy at 11am. Haha. I was late in the end. When to Post mall after class to get sweets, stationery and lunch for Kelly, XinYing and ChengHao. Haha. I told XinYing that I'll be there at 2pm but only managed to reach there at 4pm. Many things happened within this short span of 2 hours, I would consider it quite 'drama'. Went to eat lunch first and then left the place with my hands holding on to 2 files, my wallet and HP. I was shopping around NTUC and didn't even know that I dropped my wallet until I was about to pay at the cashier, my school called. They asked me if I was at Paya Lebar then and told me that I dropped my wallet. I was like... 'huh? really? let me check...' and I searched my bag and really couldn't find it wor. I start to panic like crazy la. Then they asked me to call this security guard who just happened to be an aisle away from me. He brought me to the office and the staff there returned my wallet to me. I was so grateful at that moment. So throughout the whole process when I dropped my wallet and until I recover it, I was in NTUC all the while. Really want to say another big 'THANK YOU' to the staff who found my wallet, the security guard who helped and the SIM lady who called to inform me. I couldn't even remember dropping it and where I dropped it. I really think that I'm very very lucky lor. Never lost my wallet in my entire life and this, being the first time, I was able to get it back without losing any important documents. Thanks again to the people who've helped so much!
Went to Katong to collect papers and then headed down to CBC. They finished tying the bombs already =( Did other stuffs instead. XY and me joined in during the water war and we played along though we were only PT resources. Haha. The campers and resources this time round are a better batch definitely =) I love the company just now. Thanks Brice, Cheng and Xinying!
